20 Essential Oils & Their Benefits

When grown, harvested and distilled properly, essential oils have a variety of health benefits. Concentrated from aromatic plants, trees and flowers, these liquids can be used for multiple advantages towards healing the body.

Three different ways to use essential oils include topically, aromatically and internally. Rubbing the oil(s) on your pressure points or preferred parts of the body for topical use is great for relief within the muscles and integumentary system (skin). You can also inhale them directly from the bottle or a diffuser for an aromatherapy approach. This method works for stimulating the nerve cells and brain activity in the direction you wish for. The last method you can use essential oils by is injecting them or eating them. Adding a couple drops to a glass of water or taking select herbal vitamins is the perfect approach for deeper underlying conditions or systems.
