| I use this blocks 2-3 times a week and they are great--not too hard and not too soft. The foam gives just enough support without the harder edges that wooden blocks can sometimes have. Plus, they are easy to spray/wipe down for cleaning. Highly recommend! |

| My instructor had these to use at her studio and she said I could find them online to use at home. I found these on Everything Yoga and was impressed with the speedy shipping! Now that I've got these foam yoga blocks to work with I'm able to perform techniques at home I could only do with my instructor helping me. They're inexpensive and really help beginners. |
