Please note: If you should need to return an item, you MUST call for a return authorization. Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

You may return or exchange most items sold by EverythingYoga.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling). We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable.

Returns on items that received free shipping may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any opened DVDs, CDs or videos.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase minus the shipping cost, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. If your return includes items for which shipping fees were waived, we will credit your return minus the fees EverythingYoga incurred to ship your order. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.) Some products may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure.
