I am a mom of two beautiful boys and have a 12-year personal yoga practice. It was a natural transition for me to begin teaching children´s yoga, and I received my training with Radiant Child Yoga. I am also training to teach Prenatal and Gentle Yoga Teacher 200RYT. I hold further qualifications in Stress Management, Massage, am a Reiki Master, and a Color & Light Therapist. I facilitate various spiritual and holistic workshops in San Diego such as- Find Your Rainbow How to Use Color for Healing, Well-being for Indigo Children, and Creating Abundance. My passion in life is to spend time with my children and to stay connected and in the flow. My mission is to help others awaken and connect or reconnect with spirit. I have worked in this area for over 12 years both in Ireland and the US and have seen many miracles happen.
