Dr Kathy Singh is a world renowned Yoga, Meditation and Reiki Master/Teacher who has taught and been taught all across the globe.
Kathy first discovered her love of meditation at the age of 16 and through this she came to study Hatha Yoga. She soon realized and became fascinated with the effects of meditation and yoga on her own mind and body. At the age of 23, she migrated to India where she studied under many influential master teachers. She received her Reiki certification in Madras, India and is a Reiki Master/Teacher. In addition to her expertise in yoga and reiki, Dr. Singh received her PhD in Esoteric Studies.
In the year 2000, she opened the Karma Centre in Irvine, California. Self-healing, chakra cleansing, energy exchange and expansion of the aura are the main purpose of her work. Kathy is the founder of Yukta Yoga which is a complete practice which transcends the boundry of the body to touch the soul and nourish the mind.
For the past 20 years, Kathy has been teaching Yoga, Meditation & Reiki classes around the world.
