Deeper Level Teacher-Training program. Jonny annually holds TeacherTraining Retreats in Tulum, Mexico and bi-annually in Michigan to help teachersestablish and expand each students daily yoga and meditation practice and tocultivate hands-on awareness and connection of mind, body and spirit.
Having practicedAshtanga Yoga and Meditation for over 22 years, Jonny was first inspired by hisfather to practice yoga, at the young age of 12 while living in Maui, Hawaii.
After witnessing yoga playing a key role in his fathers recovery fromdebilitating chronic lower back pain, Jonny studied with David Williams andBrad Ramsey, and has emerged as a catalyst in helping people change their livesthrough the practice of yoga.
