Jennifer Wolfe

Jennifer Wolfe is a Registered Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Yoga instructor, Certified Master Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist, Certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, Reiki master and a Mother.

Jennifer has studied yoga for the past fourteen years with a variety of instructors including Doug Swenson. As a hypnotherapist for the past thirteen years, Jennifer has pioneered the Dolphin Method, a unique methodology she developed using hypnosis for gentle birthing and anxiety reduction. Jennifer utilizes the Dolphin Method and yoga in her doula practice to achieve deep mind and body relaxation. She has prepared thousands of pregnant women for childbirth and provided doula support in nearly 400 births.
