Incorrect orders:
We pay for the shipping both ways.
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back
Defective Items:
We pay for the shipping both ways.
If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. This means you get the same product that you ordered sent back to you.
Exchanges:
You pay postage and we will exchange for unused items or upgrade for full value of your purchase.
If you would like to exchange your unused item for another item within 10 days of receiving your item: we will exchange the item for you and make any adjustments to your Credit Card for postage and difference in the new item ordered. This means you pay for postage to us and postage for exchanged item back to you.
Returns:
All items that are being returned for a refund will be charged 20% restocking fee. They must be in New Condition as deemed by our staff. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
***Please note: Manduka does not accept returns unless the item is defective/damaged.
Everything Yoga has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
