Return Policies
All items returned to us need to use this form RMA Return Form
To make a return, fill in the RMA form, Print it. Place a copy in with the returned item and send it to us via the address provided on the RMA form. There is no need to call us before sending the product back.
Incorrect orders:
We pay for the shipping both ways.
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. RMA Return Form
Defective Items:
We pay for the shipping both ways.
If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. This means you get the same product that you ordered sent back to you. RMA Return Form
Exchanges:
You pay postage and we will exchange for unused items or upgrade for full value of your purchase.
If you would like to exchange your unused item for another item within 10 days of receiving your item: we will exchange the item for you and make any adjustments to your Credit Card for postage and difference in the new item ordered. This means you pay for postage to us and postage for exchanged item back to you. Again you must use the RMA form.
Canceled Order:
Return Without Exchange: All item that are being returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of postage used to send the item to you. They must be in New Condition as deemed by our staff. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. Again you must use the RMA Return Form
