BE yoga is a community or sangha where people gather together to better their body, mind, and spirit through yoga classes for adults, kids, and children with special needs, meditation, kirtan, karma yoga, potlucks, yoga philosophy, movie screenings and more. A place where everyone is welcome as we gather to learn, grow, and practice in an Integral and Kripalu blended style of yoga together. Krista also utilizes yoga to work with Children with Special Needs, practicing Yoga for the Special Child (TM) as developed by Sonia Sumar.

Tuesdays, 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm

Open Level: This yoga class practices asana, pranayama breath work, imagery, and relaxation while learning to integrate your yoga practice on the mat with your daily life. Open yoga includes hatha yoga with a blend of other styles that will help to better your body, mind and spirit. A basic knowledge of the asanas is recommended but open to all levels. All body types and abilities are welcome, including pregnant women.

Tuesdays, 7:30 pm - 8:30pm

Introduction to Yoga:This fundamental class is great for those who are new to yoga, jumped into yoga without really learning the basics of the asanas poses, or want to get a refresher of the detail of each asana. Intro to Yoga will help you to bring relaxation, body awareness, mind awareness and centering into your daily life, not just on your yoga mat. We will explore the history of yoga, practice pranayama breath work and relaxation, and get into detail with the alignment of each asana. All body types and abilities are welcome to this class, including pregnant women. You are welcome to take this class multiple times before moving on to the next level

Thursdays, 6:15- 7:15pm

VERY Gentle Yoga: For folks with body limitations, pregnant or have chronic illness this is a class that is taken much more gently. No yoga experience required.
