Carla Freeman has been a fashion designer since before she acquired her Yoga teacher training certificate in the Himalayas. There, she studied under Swamiji Govinda in Utter Kashi, and subsequently began focusing on spiritually-inspired designs like the extraordinary pieces seen here.

Now a certified Yoga teacher for Sivananda, Freeman teaches Yoga under her spiritual name Kalyani at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in New Delhi , India , where she also lives. She visits the U.S. a few times a year to market the Collection and teach at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Los Angeles .
