Preparations & Guidance

Move into a position that your body can easily relax in for several
Minutes. This may be a seated cross-legged position, or perhaps you
prefer sitting in a chair or against a wall.
Take your time and get the alignment of your body right.
Once you feel aligned, release the weight of your body weight into your sitting
Bones. Be patient, as you allow yourself to become grounded;
well-anchored, like roots of a tree.
Imagine a wave of energy moving from the earth, riding along your spine, creating
space and freedom. Notice how the elongation of your spine affects your breath.
Allow your face to become soft and without expression. Focus your attention at
the crown of your head. Begin to look for an opening, or a sense of the top of your
head expanding wide open. Notice this sense of space.
Maintaining your alignment, groundedness, and sense of expansion, allow your
energy to make it's way down your spine toward the earth. Relax your body deeply.
The breath is effortless.
Begin to notice how you feel.
Allow the edges of your physical being to dissolve
and bleed into your surroundings.
Allow your consciousness to expand the horizon…
and still beyond.
What is this state? This quiet state of
bigness and freedom;
stillness and clarity;
rippling waves of love,
feeding your
soul.
Enjoy this intensity and yet the simplicity combined.
Stay present with the energy you are made of.
