The Forrest Yoga 5-Day CD Intensive Set creates a heightened sense of emotional and spiritual awareness and challenges every muscle and cell in your body. Recorded LIVE, Ana Forrest offers a straightforward delivery with tremendous emphasis on the breath. Her presence and energy are remarkable — powerful, supple, immeasurably strong, and deeply compassionate. Practicing with these cds is as valuable as being in an actual classroom with her. This set consists of 10 audio CDs, two for each day of the five-day intensive and a Companion Book with over 400 pose photos for asana reference. Each day includes 2 hours of personal instruction and a selection of backbends, shoulder openers, inversions, gravity surfing, Sun Salutations, standing poses, hip openers and signature Forrest Yoga abdominals depending upon the theme of the class. Alternative variations of the poses are regularly offered for intermediate and advanced students. When Ana encountered the limits of conventional yoga, she developed her own style called Forrest Yoga as way to bring yoga, healing, and a reintegration of the sacredness of life together. Integrate backbend work of Day 1 and balance and focus work of Day 2 to succeed in the advance backbends of this day. Day Four - Strength Delight in your strength, work through this hot, sweaty class with Sun Salutations, B-Series and Standing Pose Series. Get stronger and the possibilities of what you can achieve in the world expands. Day Five - Spirit Experience a deeper focus of Embodying Spirit. This final intesnive class includes a fabulous blend of the week's work. |
