How to Use yogitoes
Place your yogitoes Sutra nub side down on top of your yoga mat (you may also use it on low pile carpet)
You will not need to wet or alter the Skidless yogitoes, it is ready to use anytime
Eco-friendly nubs will grip onto your mat when you are distributing your weight on your hands and feet to prevent a non-slip yoga environment
How to Care for yogitoes
Wash your yogitoes Skidless Sutra towel before your very first use as colors and dyes may/will bleed.
You can wash in your washing machine on warm. DO NOT BLEACH!
Tumble dry with heat on low

I use this towel to take or teach when I don't want to carry my mat (like on public trans or biking.) It's great in sweaty yoga situations- and also great for warmth in savasana.
